Authorized returns will be accepted within 3 days from the time it's officially delivered.  Please schedule return by emailing us at info@chicitysmokeshop.com to receive a return label.  There must be no physical damage and items must not be opened or used.  All other sales are final.
Free shipping is offered within the U.S.  Please contact us at info@chicitysmokeshop.com for any shipping inquiries outside of the U.S.  Please track your package by closely monitoring your delivery date and time.  We are not liable after your package is delivered.
