All vaporizers have a 14 day warranty.  No other warranties are offered.

Yes, we ensure that all credit cards and personal information entered on our website is completely secure.
Returns will be accepted within 3 days from the time it's officially delivered.  Please schedule return by emailing us at info@chicitysmokeshop.com to receive a return label.  There must be no physical damage, glassware must not be used and vaporizers can be returned if there is a malfunction.  All other sales are final.
Free shipping is offered within the U.S.  Please contact us at info@chicitysmokeshop.com for any shipping inquiries outside of the U.S.  Please track your package by closely monitoring your delivery date and time.  We are not liable after your package is delivered.
